Jomar was great. Applying for a new loan was a breeze. Every step of the loan process was well informed and Jomar took care of it at ease. There were few document issues but it was not that bad. I will use him for any future home loans.
I had 2 experiences with Jomar, one re-fi & one new mortgage when I bought a house. The re-fi was quite the morass in that it followed a mess of financial issues attendant with divorce. Jomar dug very deep & never gave up. My own bank (with whom I had a decades-long relationship & significant assets in various accounts) said simply "can't help you."
