Jomar was great. Applying for a new loan was a breeze. Every step of the loan process was well informed and Jomar took care of it at ease. There were few document issues but it was not that bad. I will use him for any future home loans.

I had 2 experiences with Jomar, one re-fi & one new mortgage when I bought a house. The re-fi was quite the morass in that it followed a mess of financial issues attendant with divorce. Jomar dug very deep & never gave up. My own bank (with whom I had a decades-long relationship & significant assets in various accounts) said simply "can't help you." Jomar helped us close the loan within 2 weeks and we were able to get our dream house. He was super knowledgeable and responsive the entire time. Chase's loan approval process is very rigorous and Jomar helped us navigate through it with ease. Thanks to Jomar, we got to keep our pre approval rate even though rate went up a lot back then. It's been a pleasure working with Jomar.
