I highly recommend Josh Moody Loans and his team for any home purchase. the team is excellent! Very good and clear communication, and always available to answer any questions! Matt Bonfoey is a beast and awesome to work with. I had to change course in the middle of the process, and was able to get a purchase completed with ease. If you are looking for a mortgage lender or broker you will not go wrong with this team!

We have used Josh, Brandon and Valerie twice and they do exactly what they say they can do!!!! Everything was easy peasy and done very professionally! They are all hands-on from beginning to after closing! They are always just a call, text or email away. Answers all questions and concerns promptly with details you need and expect from a quality mortgage lender! Just give them a call and them do all the work for you! Best decision we ever made!

We started our process with a national lender and it was a slow drip of more information required. We wound up canceling them and contacting Josh at Synergy. He was able to get it moving fast because the closing date was approaching. Matt Bonfoey took the process through the end and we came in on time with an even better rate. They made it so easy for us and we are greatful for their help. I Highly recommend contacting them for mortgage assistance.

You really can’t say enough about this team. We purchased a home and we were clear to close more than a week early. Josh and Valerie are on top of everything. Fast, efficient, honest, and super hardworking mortgage professionals . Would use them again in a heartbeat. Amazing!
