I worked with Josh and his team to purchase my first home. They made the process so easy for me as I was totally new to the process. From start to finish, I was kept informed of everything as it happened. I am completely satisfied with my experience. Working with Josh and Monica was a great experience! We started with a different lender and right at closing everything went not according to plan. Buying a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences of your life… right up there with moving and assembling furniture with “easy instructions.” But somehow Josh and Monica made the entire process feel ridiculously easy.
