I recently had the pleasure of using JPL Process Service. My situation was particularly difficult as the individual I was trying to serve wouldn't open his door, in fact he just seemed to be MIA. I had been trying unsuccessfully for two months before reaching out to Mr. Jeff. I had an excellent experience with JPL Process Service. I only needed a simple legal process served through mail, and in the course of about 15 minutes in their office, it was taken care of. Terrific customer service and complete transparency regarding what you'll be charged - no hidden fees for transportation, etc. The owner, Jeff Lancaster, responds promptly to queries. I wouldn't use any other service.

We had them process my daughter's divorce papers to be delivered to her x did did deliver but it took a lot longer then we were told.
