I have been working with JPL for several years now, probably close to 5 years. Sure we can have bumps in the road with service and finding people but Jeff never disappoints me. They do their due diligence and pretty good in finding and serving people. Very professional, very approachable and responsive. Never had a problem with him. He has done probably about 400 services for me (without exaggeration) from a simple court filing to serving the most difficult people. They do their best, they care, and they deliver results. After going through 2 other attorney services, we found JPL! Jeff and his team are literally top quality. We have had so many problems in the past with other attorney services that just do not get the job done. JPL 100% gets the job done and has amazing customer service. Highly Recommend!

Hired JPL beck in December 2021. Jeff is professional and a great communicator. His staff was able to serve court papers in two attempts. I highly recommend JPL for your process serving needs ! I appreciate the flat rate JPL offers to serve papers. I had to hire JPL again in April to serve sane person. His staff tried to serve 5 times and with Jeff's great communication and insight , it was discovered the person needing to be served no longer lived at that address. JPL has been my go-to process service company for several years now. Customer service is always stellar. Recent serves on 2 subjects I've had problems with serving in the past were taken care of in remarkably short order. 10 out of 10 starts if I could give them.

We hired JPL to help serve as we are currently out of state. I wasn't sure of how the process worked exactly and the options I needed as I also needed for the proof of service to be filed with the court. I originally called and was able to get all of my questions answered. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and even when I still had additional questions they were always happy to respond. I don't intend to need to serve any papers again, but if I do, they will be the first people I call.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! JPL provided professional, reliable and personalized service. Jeff was excellent at giving all the info I needed within hours! My emails were answered almost immediatel. I had hired a different company previously (one that is on the Court's website, go figure...) and they were the worst I could have possibly chosen.
