First of all, to all the people complaining about the terrible service, how about FIRST CHECK YOU DON'T HAVE AN OLD ADDRESS on the defendant. It honestly boggles my mind that people would leave a negative review on a great business after it is their fault that they didn't check. Come on people, use a free online background report or a USPS address check to make sure the defendants address is still accurate. Last minute service needed, and it was handled in less than 1 hour! I will use you guys again! They answered my yelp request within several minutes and got in contact with the office right away. They handled my inquiry through email and were able to execute my document in record time! Thank you again!

Professional and affordable. Great communication since I am out of state. Prompt replies to emails and professional, courteous phone conversations. Hope I never need to serve someone again (LOL) but would definitely use JPL if I had to!

I am an attorney and use process servers in almost every county in CA. JPL is my go-to for service in Los Angeles County. Jeff and the JPL staff are extremely competent, responsive, and reasonable. Knowing I can rely on them takes away the stress associated with needing to arrange for personal service. The proofs of service are always correctly filled out (you'd be surprised how rare that is) and service is always timely. Prices are competitive and reasonable. Could not recommend using JPL more!

27 hours!! That is what it took to get JPL to serve my contractor. Jeff was wonderful and keep me from doing a dangerous sting operation just because I was letting my emotions get the best of me. This is the second time I have used their services and man I am glad I remembered to call them. Thanks Jeff!!

JPL Process Service was absolutely outstanding! I had a very difficult service for them that the Riverside County Sheriff had attempted 3 times and gave up. I needed this guy served within 2 weeks or I would have faced possible sanctions by the court. The guy worked for an auto dealership and his name and photo is posted on an auto dealership website so I ASSUMED he was working there, and I actually gave JPL Process Service WRONG information! I was planning to go with a cheaper process server but am glad that I did not. Jeff answered a lot of my questions upfront, during, and after the serve. Overall, they did a really great a job of finding the defendant and although we had to resort to substitute service, they provided documentation of their 5 attempts (at all times of the day) to reach the guy. Their payment system was a little weird, you have to enter the amount to pay, but it wasn't too hard to figure out. The interface lets you upload all of the documents... read more

I've never had to hire a process server before, and hopefully i never have to again BUT in the event i do, i 100% highly recommend JPL Process Service! Jeff and all his staff will be my go to first. There was never message i left that wasn't unanswered, no email i sent that wasn't written back....i literally have zero complaints.
