The entire experience was quick, affordable , streamlined and very professional. The ease of making and paying online as well as the immediate service was remarkable. Jeff is professional and very responsive. Who knew that process serving would be so easy. I'd use Jeff again if ever needed.

They are a wonderful company! It was my first time having to hire a process service so I didn't have a lot of experience. I went through the sheriff department first but they were not able to serve the defendant. The sheriff department only serve during business hours Monday-Friday. I'm happy that I found JPL because my server was able to find the defendant around 8:00pm at her home address. Their fee is pretty reasonable for the exceptional services they provide. Thank you JPL Process Service! I submitted my order for expedited service late last night and by this afternoon the two defendants were served. I initially hired the Sheriff's department, however they mailed my court papers back stating they were unsuccessful. Jeff was able to do it without a hitch. The defendant called me upset that he's being sued. :) Again, thank you Jeff and JPL. The service is worth every penny. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff was fast to respond, professional, and had reasonable fees. My case was very difficult given that I asked him to provide service on someone who is homeless and jobless and the only information I had was that he was sleeping and panhandling on the streets of Venice Beach. Jeff kept me informed the whole time, and his server did a great job of seeking out the respondent on the streets of Venice. JPL was able to successfully serve a summon when my previous process server was not. And I paid the same amount of money to both companies. JPL went above and beyond to find the defendant and take care of this critical process. This is a highly professional company with great communication by providing me with updates through out the course of this situation.
