These guys are exceptional. We have had a number of orders go through them with no trouble. They really shine when a unique situation arises that really puts time to the test. Jeff and Richard (and their guys out on the field) always make it happen, whether it is local or 800 miles away. They keep you up to date on the order and always pull through. SO thankful to have their services. 10/10

JPL Process Service is as good as it gets. I am an attorney, but needed JPL Process Service for a personal matter. I was very very worried about the defendants evading service. Jeff, the owner, spent a great deal of time with me on the phone reassuring me and letting me know that they would do everything in their power to get the defendants served (this alone was impressive). Good response from the first time I tried to get information through multiple service attempts. Jeff worked with us when the person was not at multiple addresses and really tried to serve them without charging us additional fees. Very happy and would use again!

Jeff was very efficient and professional. I emailed him the paperwork, and by the next morning the papers were served and I had received a copy of the summary off service, which was extremely detailed. I would recommend JPL to anyone!

I am a litigation secretary for a large law firm in the Bay Area and have been using JPL Process Service for over 5 years. I would never consider using another process server. I just happen to find the JPL website one evening when I desperately needed to get a subpoena served the following morning. Although it was after business hours, I called their office and Jeff answered. I emailed him the subpoena and it was served the next day. I called them up from a web-site, and was sold after talking with them. This was my first time of using a process server. I was concerned how they would serve her since all I had was the home address. But, on the third try, Jeff and his guys were able to serve her. He later walked me through the next step of going to file at the courts and go to the same window that I filed it at.. I would certainly use his company again if needed, and I would highly recommend Sandy
