Made the best out of uncomfortable procedure Marina is a true asset to the practice. Very knowledgeable about procedures and answered each question I posed quickly and confidently. She was very reassuring and on point during my deep pocket procedure. Dr. Heinzelmann is a expert at his profession. I have complete confidence in his skills and recommendations for my care. Entire office staff have been welcoming and professional at each of my appointments with Dr. Heinzelmann .

First major dental procedure I was really dreading this procedure and everyone was so nice, concerning and informative answering all my questions. Plus honest about "This is going to hurt.", "sting here," "take your pain medicines because you're going to need it. etc." which I would much rather know upfront that be blaspheming your name later!

I can't wait to go back! Karl and his staff were awesome as usual. I was just in for a cleaning and a checkup on an implant. Everyone was friendly and professional. The new hygienist was professional and painless. My teeth sparkled when I left. I scheduled another appointment for July before I left. Even though I need another implant I am looking forward to some more of Karl's great humor and no I am not related to the Heinzelmanns or any of the staff nor did I receive a large (or small) cash payment for the positive review.... read more

DR. HEINZELMANN WAS IN NO RUSH TOOK AS MUCH TIME THAT I NEEDED!! I had a lot of questions for my second visit even though he explained everything well at the first visit it was overwhelming to me. So when I went back today I asked him questions about why he said i needed this and that and he re explained everything to me once again without any problem and his assistant today was as gracious with her time as well explaining everything to me.
