I find that it all begins at the reception desk and I was greeted with a wonderful welcome smile that made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Heinzelmann's friendly easy-going manner but accurate description and complete explanation of the problems that were present in my case and how they would be solved made me feel that I was finally going to get the teeth I wanted. I am very pleased with the care I have received at Dr. Heinzelmann's office, which includes 4 gum grafts and one tooth extraction. Dr. Heinzelmann is a very skilled oral surgeon, and he and his staff are very friendly and efficient. The hygienists there do a great job too.

My visit for a cleaning and check up went as most visits do. The staff is courteous and helpful. Eileen the hygienist is friendly, does her job of cleaning, checking on any changes or not in my health, etc. very efficiently. She made a new suggestion of using a different flossing tool, and showed me how to tread and use it. Dr. Heinzelmann on his usual check suggested that I make sure that I use my night guard to protect my new crowns, and if it didn't fit to have Dr. Vlass adjust it.
