Your entire team did it's usual fine job. I got there a little before 8 and I watched your group meeting take place (no wonder why everyone,understands what it going on - couldn't hear it so no privacy rules broken). All from reception, to the hygenist, to Dr. H were expert, thorough and didn't leave anything for interpretation. I was very happy with my procedure today. I thought it was relatively quick and painless. As usual, Dr. Heinzelmann and his staff had me laughing.
Dr. H's office staff and my hygienist, Morgan, was great. It is always a good experience. Dr H is friendly and gives his honest opinion.
From the friendly entry to the confident sound of Dr. Heinzelmann saying "everything looks good"; you have a feeling of knowing you are in the right place. Great caring service.

I was very pleased with my Dental Hygienist today. She is new, very professional and didn't speak all the time! She was very pleasant and informative and I didn't have to hear her life story all in one visit!
The office staff was very gracious and fit me into the schedule on very short notice. Dr. Heinzelmann was thorough in examining and explaining my treatment options. I really appreciated the professionalism and am recommending him to others.
The personnel are very friendly and the service was great.
