as usual, everything was first rate
I can't think of any way this procedure could have gone better, other than not needing it in the first place.
I had a similar procedure done here five years ago. Since it was a positive experience I never considered going any where else this time.
Dr. Heinzelmann is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in an out in no time. And he has a good sense of humor, which makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable.
My last visit at your practice was outstanding!! Everyone at the practice is always helpful and courteous. I always enjoy my visits (most people don't like to visit a dentist!)

Even though I didn't want to be there , everyone was wonderful and explained what was going to happen. The doctor was very gentle.
Very professional and through, staff is friendly and takes the appropriate amount of time. I have recommended to several friends looking for an excellent periodontitis.
