The two things I like best about anything medical is honest and knowable information. This is how Dr. Heinzelmann's office seems to work. I was very satisfied. The second area is when a medical office will work with you on the cost of your treatment and work with you ins. provider. Dr Heinzelmann has the right people in the right jobs.
This is an outstanding periodontist and all of his supporting staff is at the same level. Dr. Heinzelmann is genuinely kind, personable and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He saved an implant that was not properly installed by a previous doctor.

I am glad that my dentist referred me to Dr.Heinzelmann for my periodontal surgery. I was very much impressed by Dr.Heinzelmann's knowledge , skills, and the kind manner which sort of plants trusts in your mind. The nurses who helped me go through the surgical procedure were also very kind and skillful. So, here is my five stars for them.

Very thorough on followups to insure there are no problems with the implants he has put in.
