Everyone in this office has been very nice, knowledgeable and very professional.
I highly recommend Dr. Heinzelmann. He and his staff are very professional and very kind. He answers your questions, explains an upcoming procedure, and is positive and reassuring.
I have been a patient of Dr. Heinzelmann's for well over 23 years. His staff is the friendliest I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in all the years and all the different places I've lived around the country. Doctor Heinzelmann is most definitely the finest care provider I've ever met! He is both intelligent and witty and I have total trust in his abilities. I would HIGHLY recommend him!
The staff is very professional and courteous. Dr. H is a hoot! I love his humor and ability to ease the pain and anxious moments.(along with his staff)
Takes time to explain everything in detail. Gives you two or three options to choose from. Really knows how to make you love your dentist AND night guard by telling you may not have to have four implants if you wear it. Obviously very honest! Looks just like John McEnroe, and is funny as Seinfeld!

Jessica did my 6 month checkup for the first time as my regular Hygienist was out of the office. Although I love my regular Hygienist, Leda, Jessica was absolutely wonderful and I had a very pleasant and confident visit. Jessica fits in well with the rest of the staff, all of which are very caring and professional. Thank you so much Jessica.
Comfortable waiting area. I liked the glass door. I liked that openness. Friendly when entered. 10 minute wait. Liked Dr. H alot and staff. Very thorough and easy to understand. Felt very comfortable. He was funny too! Would recommend the office and will.
