If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Her communication throughout the process is always on point. I have thrown everything you could think of at this wonderful lady and she has come through each time. The knowledge that she has is simply incredible! A true professional in her field! Kathy is amazing. She helped us with our first home 7 years ago and I've checked in with her off and on over the years until she helped us buy a new home this year. Kathy handled our mortgage refi on the phone and online. It was so easy! I remember how much of a process our original mortgage was, but this was so simple. The whole thing was done in less than a month, which is wild! We are grateful for Kathy's services, as well as those who helped her. We'll go through American Pacific again when we're ready to purchase our next home!
