Tiguan I saw the vehicle I wanted online. When I got there Mikaela was right on it and amazing at every step. I had a bit of difficulty with my down payment being delayed 24hrs and she still worked everything out perfectly for me. I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase. The management was great and so was the finance dept. Great dealership. Ask for Mikaela!!!
Tiguan purchase Super friendly and helpful. Experience was pleasant and customer service was exactly what you would hope for. We had some other experiences at other dealerships including another local VW that left a lot to be desired. Would come back here first again when we are shopping for a car.

Great Experience Rick Holland in sales was great to work with. He wasn't pushy at all and helped us throughout the whole purchase process. We ended up buying 2 vehicles from him and will definitely be back next year when it's time to purchase a vehicle for our eldest. Sean in finance was also awesome and explained everything to us in layman's terms. Keffer Volkswagon is friendly I can't say anything bad about my experience buying a slightly used car from Keffer VW. My salesman, Frank, was helpful, courteous and friendly. I have had some car buying experiences in the past that were terrible and took way too long to get processed. That wasn't the case here. I would recommend Frank to any of my friends. A++++++++++++
Great experience We took in our Passat for repairs under the emissions control program and made a comment in passing that we were disappointed in the price offered for our Passat and we were keeping the car and making repairs. Austin overheard the conversation and offered to assist. We discovered that we could get more for the car under the program which made it more advantageous to trade in the car. Austin assisted us throughout the process and we ended up getting a new model year car for the rebate price offered by VW,
