Austin at Keffer is the best salesman I have had. This is my third car from Keffer. Overall experience is good. Their prices are always fair. I brought my current Jetta in for repairs and decided to trade it in. However they still had me pay for repairs. They did give me some money off so that was not ideal. However, Austin was awesome. Quick and Easy Called Rick re a VW Alltrack Se on cars.com. Asked for aggressive pricing that we found on-line and he was able to meet. Settled on a price and closed the deal the next day. We were there under an hour and drove home after a great experience. Only problem was that they listed the car as having 13 miles on the purchase agreement and actually had 159 miles. Otherwise- fair pricing on the last day of the month when they are trying to meet sales quotas.
Could not be happier with my new Golf I recently purchased a 2017 Golf from Keffer and loved my experience overall. Jeff Hayden got me a great deal on my new car and really helped streamline the process. Nearly a week out, I am extremely impressed with this car and am happy that I purchased through Keffer.
