It is simply not possible to order a heart healthy breakfast at Keke's. If you want a carb fest or a meat fest then this is the place for you. Service is ok. Nothing special.

Horrible! COLD, ICE COLD home fries brought to the table, when they brought two new plates, they had us scrape the ones on our plate onto a platter. What are they going to do, reserve them? French toast also cold and tasteless.

I am not one to ever complain but my experience here was absolutely awful. I will never be back. Ordered eggs benedict and french toast. The eggs Benedict had home fries that were cold and rock hard. We asked for them to bring us some that were warm. The (what I later found out to be the owner) brought out new ones. This time they were warm but still rock hard. The French toast was also cold. When he brought the order of warm yet raw home fries out he made us scrap the old ones off our plate. What are they going to do resell... read more

Have eaten at other locations Very poor in comparison Pancakes were not even warm enough to melt the NOT REAL butter won't return to this location

Expensive and the food is very bland. Service was horrible, as the waiter was on their cell phone the whole time. The place's decor is very nice but doesn't make up for the ~okay food, oddly $$$ price tag with the inattentive waiter.

I had high hopes.... the fried potatoes were mushy and limp and tasted faintly of dirt. They aren't seasoned with anything but a lot of black pepper, that I can tell. The pineapple in the omelette was just thrown in, not grilled first, and the eggs aren't seasoned. The cheese is processed, not real. The service was very fast, and the restaurant, clean...so that is where the stars come from, not the food.

My husband and I have visited Keke's in Lakeland frequently and have loved our experience every time until today!! I am on a special diet and cannot have any of my food prepared with oils, oil substitutes, or butter. I order my food this way every time I go in and it has never been an issue. Well, this morning, apparently it was an issue. The waitress took my order and the cook comes out with my plate and says he prepared it for me in olive oil. Last time I checked, olive oil is an OIL and I specifically said NO oils. ... read more

Food was great but it felt overpriced and service was terrible! I ordered the western omelet with potatoes, toast, and a coffee. There was nothin special about the omelet. The potatoes were great but the toast was dry and flavorless. The service however was very bad. After our plates were removed we waited an additional 10 minutes before I was able to flag down the waitress for our bill. It took another 10 minutes for her to get the bill to us. The food is always great but unfortunately when I came in on Sunday I had a server that seemed very disinterested. She looked annoyed when I told her my tea was unsweet, not sweet. She took our order and once the food came out never bothered asking how it was. Asked for cholula from her and eight minutes later after passing our table several times (which was right next to the kitchen) I flagged down a bus boy and he got it to me right away. This I'm hoping was a one time bad experience.
