The last time we ate there the front desk staff was talking s#^*t about every customer that walked in after 1:30pm (they close at 2:30). We watched two other tables get ignored for 10 mins and leave.

This place is over priced garbage! I placed an order online, and when we got home the order was missing a lot of things and what was there looked horrible. I called to speak to them, the manager refused to speak to us, they refused to refund us and was just told it was out of their hands. I was completely shocked. Please save yourself the headache and NEVER GO THERE!!!!

Not impressed. There are much better breakfast options. Portions are small for what you pay for, almost no flavor at all, part of my egg sandwich bread was bordering on being burnt, and for how busy it was my food shouldn't have been cold when I got it. It's a one and done for me.

Food- no so good. Super average, no flavor. The food taste like nothing. No flavor are all Service-average Ambiance- typical restaurant Better places in Lakeland for breakfast: 1-Black and Brew 2-First watch In both case, is a verter experience, ambiance and food.
Not worth the price. Food was mediocre and they were out of a lot of stuff. Giving 2 stars, because our waitress was really good. The atmosphere reminded me of an upper scale Denny's, which is great for breakfast and lunch. Overall would not return though.
Can't order Togo over the phone or website. Over a month ago their phones were down and again today not working. Go to order online website is down. I have to go into the store they tell me to order on DoorDash. I asked will you pay for the extra delivery charge. Just an unprofessional And not well ran business.
Had Brunch here today. The GM decided to conduct and interview for a Assistant Manager right next to our table and the he talked very loud the whole entire time we were trying to enjoy our meal. Our waitress never came back to ask if we needed refills and when we went to pay our check she was in a real big hurry. Husband also said his omelette was one of the worst he even tasted. Needless to say no plans on going back anytime!!
I love the food at KeKes but our last visit we saw a roach crawl from under our table, hard to return to a place after seeing that...
First time here. Probably last. Seems a tad pricey for breakfast. $12.49 for western omelette with home fries and toast. No condiments on table. Coffee and tea price are getting out of hand. $2.99/$2.49. It'll cost more than the food before long. Servers were very polite. Convenient for us but rather drive farther for breakfast. Chain restaurant which is probably reason for high prices.
