For a chain they have just above three star food. Their silver dollar pancakes are great, but the three times we've eaten there my eggs were less than correct. The service at the Lakeland store has been less than desirable on all of our visits. While many of our friends enjoy eating here and we're happy to come along, we prefer to support local businesses they give a little more attention to each customer.
We started off with a poor seating choice and got some attitude from the hostess when asked to reseat us. The server then went out of her way to improve our experience. We ordered the steak and cheese omelette and the eggs Benedict. The omelette was very good, the Benedict was average. Both came with a homemade hash brown potato. My wife loved them, I didn't. This is my 3rd time here and always great food and service. Colin was our waiter and he was super friendly and attentive. This place has great breakfast anytime and lunch (served 10:30 or after). I brought my friend from out of town here and did not disappoint! Everyone from hostesses to kitchen staff very welcoming and friendly.
This was sooooo yummy! Everything we had (pancakes, banana nut waffle combo meals) was so good! We stumbled upon this place thanks to yelp and I can see us returning many times :)
Great spot for brunch! I have eaten here with just my fiance, with friends and with family... I'm never disappointed, and neither are my guests. Good portions, a good cup of coffee and FANTASTIC service. We always comment on it. You always see the management jumping in to fill coffee cups and ask if there is anything they can do for you. It's not swanky or pretentious, but it's no diner either. It's a great meal at decent prices with great service... What more do you want? A shorter wait maybe.
Loved everything about this place. I had the 2 eggs, bacon, and the huge pancake! I couldn't finish. Wonderful staff x 10! Great selection on the menu. Very inexpensive!
Delicious food and everyone was so pleasant! Will definitely come back again. Atmosphere is nice.
I'm not going to lie- I have dreams about the food here. Banana Nut Pancakes are to die for. Every single family member from picky teens to the grandparents love this place. We visit Florida and make time in our schedule to go once ... Sometimes even twice during our trips. Cannot wait for this chain to get to Atlanta!
All was good when we last ate there in 2015. One time after we ate. Not too good, didn't return. Too bad.
