Came in at 1134 am at the south Florida location.We did not speak.to a server after being sat until 12pm. Order was taken and then....nothing ,we sat for another 20 minutes with no food,so we left.This place was not busy, the server wasn't in the "weeds".Just piss poor service

I have been here quite a few times. I always thought of it as a special treat. The last time I was there the service was really bad. Our food had to go back to the kitchen. It took a long time for it to come back. By then the rest of my family was done eating. I have been skeptical about going back ever since.

Egg dishes are always dry and rubbery. Scrambled, omelets etc. Do not recommend those dishes to anyone. The prices are pretty expensive to get dried out egg dishes. Service has always been excellent and the restaurant is always clean. So try different breakfast items.

This is the last and final time we'll ever go to Keke's. It was 10:30 am and many booths were empty. Stood in line for over 15 minutes waiting to be seated as a crowd gathered behind us. Finally was seated. Waited another 15 minutes. No offer of beverages or anything. Keke's we've given you several chances over the last year and service has not improved. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area. We don't need the aggravation.

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they prove time and time again they suck. Everytime i order pick up they always miss something, this time it was eggs. If its because the shortage then come on, refund me or let me know when i arrive, dont just hand me my food, and let me arrive all the way home to see not one egg in my container.

The eggs had shells in it. I placed an order for pickup from their website so I could not return the omelet. The pickup time was 7:20am. Got to restaurant at 7:30am. Order was not ready until 7:50am. Got late for work and the omelet had shells in it. I ended throwing it out and going hungry. I'll never go back there.

I was taking my sister there for her first time. The restaurant was fairly empty and there were many empty tables. they sat us in the worst table in the restaurant, when I asked for another table, they moved us to another small, uncomfortable, table. I asked receptionist if we could have a booth seeing as there were so many empty booths and she said no there were no servers. I asked to speak to the manager. So I ordered a vegetarian omelette when it came too the table at first look i thought ' O' yeah , but it wasn't the item's i picked out for My omelette were only on the edge too make it look like it was full , I said something too the waiter he took it back it came back the same !!!, once i ate the edge the rest was just egg !!, the worst most expensive omelette ever, Especially considering what they charge.

Keke's was so awesome the first time we had went, couldn't wait to return. On May 18th 2024 around 12 we had a chance to go back and get a awesome breakfast that we remember getting before. The service was great with Victoria H., she did a wonderful job of taking our order.
