Was very upset when first coming to this location. I waited for about half an hour to get a table for 2 which is fine because I understand they are busy. But when my buzzer went off for my table to be ready, they said my other guest had to be there in order to seat us. So I had to wait even longer!!! That is ridiculous!!!! Plus the food wasn't even that great. I'd rather go to Metro Diner or First Watch for that matter.
In a few short words, I was not impressed. Granted we didn't get the breakfast foods, but I expected much more than I received. We ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar salad, which was just "okay", worth eating but not going out of your way for. We also ordered a cheeseburger, which was not good at all. It tasted like frozen patties I'd buy in bulk at a big box store. Overall the service was pretty good, but the food was not worth the trip. Service: 4/5 Food: 2/5
I've always had a good experience here, from the host to the servers but there isn't one item on the menu that is worth coming back for. Plus they don't serve grits.
Not only were we seated in the blazing hell fires section (I.e., no shade with the sun blaring down on us and our two kids), but also it was overall just a really disappointing experience. The food was ok--I make better pancakes at my home for a fraction of the price--the service was meh, and the management seemed ill equipped to properly deal with customers who place a complaint. To top it all off, there was an eyelash in our food that my wife found after giving some pancake to our daughter. Just unacceptable. Don't waste y... read more
One and done! We had brunch at Keke's last Sunday and we don't plan to return. Our experience started off good. The hostess was dead on with her estimate of a 30 minute wait. Our buzzer went off, while we were playing outside with our son, 33 minutes after putting our name in. Our server was great, arriving shortly after we were sat with menus. She got our drink order and then shortly afterwards our order of chocolate silver dollar pancakes, side order of bacon, an egg sandwich, and the 3 egg breakfast. Our order arrived 35 ... read more
Personally not worth the wait, 12.00 $ omelette that was so far over cooked and eggs were brown beyond belief, waiting an hour to eat , sooo not worth the wait. !
If you're looking for an "eh" culinary experience, boring atmosphere and below subpar service, come here. Our party of 5, all Keke's first timers, arrived on a busy morning and were told it was a 50 minute wait (to be expected). We killed time and finally our table buzzer went off. The hostesses told us they were cleaning off our table and we right stepped outside to wait. About a minute later, the hostess came out and said no, they buzzed us by mistake and we would have to wait longer. She was apologetic and we get it, mi... read more
Where to begin? The over an hour wait? The depressing atmosphere from all of the employees? The less than impressive food? Let's just start at the beginning, my party of 5 checked in and were told it was a 50 min wait. Long but sure, we are totally down to try this new place. We were buzzed after 45 mins and after checking in at the hostess station we were informed we were buzzed by mistake and would continue to have to wait. As a business you should always strive to make your customers happy- that's how they come back. We... read more
We happily waited our 45 minutes during a weekend rush. Seated and waited 10 minutes before seeing a server. When one arrived, she didn't greet us, wasn't friendly, and could care less about serving us. We asked for a high chair twice. The kids cheese omelet was dry and nearly inedible. The egg in the egg sandwich was rock hard vs over easy. It's obvious the poor management is the problem (this is the second time we've been there where the manager in glasses circled the place over and over making nothing better.) The potenti... read more
