We found KeKe's when we were waiting, before an appointment. We were glad to find a breakfast place and had hopes it wouldn't disappoint. Well, wrong. We were seated and sat for 10 minutes before we flagged someone down. Nobody had the table assigned to them. We ordered immediately and 20 minutes late our egg sandwich and omelette arrived. Then our waitress disappeared and we had to try to find her, to pay. Needless to say, we were late for our appointment. Our bill was $37!!!

Not our first time here, today we came for brunch. We were seated in a very cold booth and asked to sit somewhere warmer. Asked for coffee while we looked at the menu. I ordered Eggs Florentine, hubby ordered the two egg breakfast, scrambled with American cheese, they only have white, so he ordered cheddar cheese, English Muffin & a side of bacon. Very disappointed. My family is here visiting from NY and wanted to have breakfast with our friends here. Unfortunately the young man at the counter refused to sit us bc we were a party of 8. Their policy is no more than 7. We were willing to split our party up and they still denied us. Totally rude and not willing to work with us!

overpriced. food isn't as good as it is hyped up. there are better places for brunch. this one and the town center one are just not up to par for me. only giving 2 stars because the food was at least edible.

If looking for a diner/cafe, skip this place and go to Metro Diner or the Canopy Road Cafe. For the price of the food, one would expect the potatoes to be cooked, French toast sticks to not be stale, ketchup not rationed, toast to be freshly toasted, and salt and pepper to actually be on the table - not the To-Go salt and pepper. I understand they are short staffed, but the quality of food has nothing to do with that. Service was good and food was hot (except the toast) thus the second star

I dislike giving bad reviews, but this place served a McDonald's type breakfast for 10 times the price. To be fair I haven't had food from McDonald's in about 10 years, so I might be underestimating their food. I had the eggs Benedict and everything in it except the eggs was pretty bad. The "house fries" weren't fries, but chopped red potatoes that weren't even fully cooked. It was as though someone cut a red potato, threw it in a greasy pan for a minute and called it good. The service here is very poor a lot of young kids that have bad customer service and don't know how to handle food carefully I wouldn't advise anyone to come to this location unless you want cold food and unnecessary attitudes

I went two weeks ago and it was a joke!!! We arrived there and put our name on the list. 3 people. As you can see, the waiting time was 40min. At this time that I'm writing the review, we still didn't get a table and was told that it will be another 40mins to 1hr because, apparently, people are sitting down and taking too much time to order and the kitchen is unprepared to handle the high demand. My husband and I were looking forward to a nice breakfast this morning and saw there was one couple in front of us with no one outside waiting. As we waited others entered and were seated. WTF? We left and to never return. On to First Watch!!! No Stars
