So I'll start with the good. It seems like a nice medium sized place with friendly employees in a nice area and I think you should give this place a try and hopefully you'll like it more than I do. My wife and I went for breakfast and had egg combo meals with eggs over easy. The eggs all arrived cold and undercooked. So we tried this place for the first time. Ordered 4 breakfast to go and when I got home an item was missing. Gave the store a called and they stated come back for, I said food already cold and the girl stated that's what a microwave is for. Also 2 orders of waffles and 2 orders of French toast and only got 2 small scoops of butter and 2 small containers of syrup. Food is ok at best and pretty expensive. Josh who package the items should of made sure everything was there.

We love breakfast so we had high hopes, however we were very disappointed. Our eggs were ordered over medium and they were hardly runny. The home fries (hash browns) were still crunchy. Our son had stuffed french toast and he enjoyed that which is the only reason for a 2 star review. 5 dishes ordered and only one was worth it. Service was mediocre and it was not at all busy when we arrived at 8:30 on a Saturday. Waffle House was better.

I went here a couple of days ago with my boyfriend. The server was slow and seemed like she was lost with everything she was doing like she would forget which table got what. She would ask us what we got or put the food down at other tables then notice they aren't theirs. I wouldn't want to eat a food that was on someone else's tables, especially during a pandemic. Very disappointed with my meal here. I ordered an omelet and thought it was mediocre. Was a bit dry and not as flavorful as I was hoping it would be.

The coffee and the kids pancakes were good but my food and my husbands food came out cold and bland. The severs were nice and everything was clean but they really need to work on their food.

Just had breakfast there....a 10.99 Waffle special with home fries and sausage links. I had to send the waffle back two times because it was raw on the inside. The Manager said he would take care of it on the bill. Then I get the bill and learn that he took the 10.99 waffle off but now charged me for the sides which cam to over $9!! Bad business and will not be back.

Let's start with this, servers are told by management "do not offer French vanilla serve half and half unless they ask". We were told specifically by the waitress. Second. 5 dollars for small side of strawberry for kids. Costs more than the actual kids meal. One refill on coffee when we finally got our check. Fries were cold. I rarely write reviews but this place was junk. Should have listened to the reviews.

When Keke's first opened, I was very pleased with the service and food. Lately, though, both categories have decreased severely. This morning my boyfriend and I went for lunch. We waited half an our for my chicken ceaser wrap with fries and his chocolate chip waffle with bacon. I was very disappointed when, after that long wait for our food, his bacon was burnt, I didn't get very many fries, and no ceaser dressing on my wrap.
