First visit was the worst visit! We sat for the longest waiting to be served and the subpar, lukewarm food took forever to reach our table. My advice...pick another brunch spot. First and last visit for me.

Went there this morning for breakfast and was disappointed. The place looked nice and the staff were very nice. We placed our order a simple omelet and a waffle with strawberries. The omelette was cold and the potatoes were also cold. The "toast" did not even feel like it had been in a toaster. The waffle was cold and the strawberry topping tastes like it came straight out of the can. Was not worth $30 for 2!!!!!

Been here a few times and the service is never great. Like many others have complained, we were sat and had to flag someone for service as other serves walked by us making eye contact without drinks on the table. Overpriced food for a long waiting time bec kitchen is always "backed up". The only reason we've come back is bec they're really the only breakfast place in Durbin and the food is pretty good. Just expect a mediocre experience at best though.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes to be seated and waited an additional hour for the food. Apparently the kitchen was "backed up" but the establishment was half filled. Won't be coming back here but will be going to a different location. BEWARE of your time. Come here and have a 2 hour leeway if you want to be served

I came in for brunch with my husband at 11 and I was told the wait was 30 minutes. We ended up being sat 1 hour later at 12 PM and once we sat down we ordered lunch and the server left only to come back 2 minutes later to tell us they are only serving breakfast that day and the hostesses should have informed us of that. We were so mad, we decided to leave and get firehouse. We could have ordered breakfast but didn't want to give keke any of our business. Definitely not going there again.

We eat here quite frequently and enjoy it but not sure what was going on Sunday morning (Nov 27th) around 8:45 AM. The restaurant was not yet crowded and we were seated immediately. The waitress promptly took our order of a kid's breakfast and an order of oatmeal with fruit and 2 cups of coffee. After 45 minutes, we received the kid's meal with a cold pancake cooked so well done it could not be cut with a knife. We've been to Keke's in Orlando and loved everything about the experience. Saw this one yesterday and drove back from Orange Park just for their amazing breakfast. We started with a wait which was fine. We were seated at 10:11 at a small table for two. Gave our order at 10:15. Left at 10:55 without eating. People next to us had been waiting over an hour for their food. Waitstaff did not update us. Others came in, ate, and were leaving while we and the other table waited. I wish I could give it 0 stars... This place is extremely racist... I mean I get it l, it's Florida but wow. Manager is terrible as well. They were visibly upset that we were a large party. Wouldn't even sit us on the same side of the restaurant. Not together at the same table but on the side with nothing but empty booths and purposely sat everyone who came after us first...
