I hate leaving bad reviews, however I would not recommend this place to anyone. The food wasn't very good or fresh. Will definitely not go here again.
Rude, unprofessional and not worth the price. First and last, the staff is friendly, attentive and considerate. The management is the sore spot. My wife had to send her order back because it wasn't cooked thoroughly. A few minutes later, our waiter stopped by to ask if she wanted a different choice as the manager didn't want to remake her original order. This was after they had run out of her first choice. The worst Keke's ever from the time we went in to the time we left. We got seated by the kitchen then the bathroom. Meanwhile other tables were open. Then there was hair in my potatoes. The manager did nothing but say I took them off (obviously if I didn't eat any ). My sausage was raw. So I pretty much wasted my time there and ended up eating nothing. It was just the worst experience ever. I would not recommend nor return!
If you're a IHOP lover, don't bother. For me, my wife, and daughter, we spent close to 60 bucks!! That's because everything is a la carte. Whatever m, no big deal but I know now. The waitress was rushing us to place our oRder. We've never been there before so obviously we're asking questions but apparently that was an I issue so we just said what came to mind so she can gEt out my face before I caused a scene. I came here on a recommendation from my buddy who is a chef, unfortunately, Keke's did not live up to the hype or the 25 minute wait. My kids liked the food but it left much to be desired for me. Silverware was dirty, French toast was soggy, and it was way overpriced for the portions and quality of food. My 6 year old liked it but I'm glad we got her an adult meal because one waffle was just enough for her. I won't go back to a Keke's.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is TERRIBLE. Apparently it's not the Kekes way to take care of their guests. (Manager said it's not the Kekes way to take off an item with hair in it) Server Mikah was great but the manager on the other hand is unprofessional and rude. We got a black HAIR in our food and he walks over to the table and said sorry about that and walked away... said nothing more. Disappointing every time. I got a "blueberry" waffle. They charged me extra money to add like 6 blueberries on top of my waffle. The staff is nice. The food is Ok. I'll stick with first watch though.
First of all this place is extremely over priced for the quality of food they serve. Okay I ordered an omelette and there were bits of shell throughout. The bacon had an old taste to it. I went back another time only for more disappointment another dried out flat flavorless eggs. Silver lining no shells. Maybe if they change their fry cook it will it improve. The one star is for staff which are very nice. I'm just not going to eat here.
