The portion for a to go order of egg sandwich (scrambled soft) and home fries isn't great. It's no better than fast food egg sandwiches and potatoes and the potatoes are pretty dry. This is my first visit not sure I'd try it again.
Very dissatisfied to say the least. I usually trust kekes so I didn't check the bag before getting home. Let's start from the beginning, the Togo service is a wreck, took 15 minutes on hold, placed the order, got told 20-25 minutes, got there 30 minutes after placing the order. First of all, its a zoo at this restaurant during the need to social distance. Way too many people in close quarters and no sense or order to managing the crowd. Now on to our order. The omelette was delicious but service was terrible. $2.99 for a cup of coffee and we couldn't get anyone to get us a refill of that or coke. My friend Ordered fresh fruit, got home fries. Took forever for the correction to be made. Another lady ordered a salad, dressing on the side. Bringing it out, sorry the dressing spilled all over your salad. Handed it to her and walked off. I love Keke's, but this one was not it! The potato's were VERY dry and a little burnt I could barely bite into them, the French toast comes with 3 & and I only received 2, the bacon was VERY Salty, & my eggs were scrambled flat. Waited 2 hrs and never got any food the manager was zero help. No explanation as to why online orders were not being fulfilled and waited more than long enough for them to just cook the food and they still did not.
After reading the reviews, my husband and I stopped for breakfast. We were seated at 10 minutes after 10 took about 15 minutes to have our order taken, simple breakfast -- eggs Benedict and Banana Nut pancakes and eggs -- after 45 minutes my husband got his eggs Benedict -- I waited and waited and waited -- at 11:25 I finally got my breakfast -- my husband was completely finished with his meal. My wife and I had heard that Keke's had a great breakfast. Unfortunately, after being there, I still couldn't tell you as once we sat down, nobody ever showed up to see if we wanted anything. After 15 minutes, we decided to go somewhere else. No one even noticed. What disappointing experience!
How disappointing. We've been to those restaurant a number of times and I've always enjoyed it. However, when we went this past week, we were seated and waited well over a half an hour for food that never came. The three people at our table were all white. Three tables of black folks were all seated after us and served before us. When we asked repeatedly about why her food was not coming, our servers told us they would check on it.
