This location is very unsanitary. Upon entering this establishment I wasn't greeted by the front desk clerk , therefore the conversation was initiated by my partner. Unfortunately, we were seated by the door in an establishment that was serving around 5 customers at the time. The front desk clerk started shaking the front door Mat in the air, which caused all the dirt to fly and linger in the air. This is by far the WORST KEKE's in Central Florida! I've been going to Keke's for at least 8 years now. I've NEVER EVER had the HORRIBLE service that was given to me in any other Keke's nor in my life for that matter! We were so hungry and walked in excited for a great breakfast. We sat down and as we 9bserved the staff aimlessly walking around the tables with a bottle of spray and paper towel roll slooowly walking doomed faced, looking like zombies with no desire to work. Went in today place was empty, expected to be in and out. 45 minute wait for food. 15 dollar omelet and the quality of food was very poor. Go to Dixie cream or waffle house before you go here.
I am sitting in the location now. My wife and I just explained that she has a soy intolerance and attempted to order poached eggs (eggs boiled in water only). The server came back and said they cant make poached eggs without soybean oil. We were also informed bacon cannot be cooked without soybean oil. Effortless food, Effortless service, greedy prices. Ordered a bacon cheese burger with an over easy egg. The egg white was still raw. The fries were unseasoned. And the side we ordered came 15 minutes after our main meal.It also was effortless again. Don't order the buffalo tenders.
We went there for a coffee and we're charged $3.74 per coffee which is completely overpriced and ridiculous and when we spoke with the manager politely he laughed at us and told us it was written on the menu! Nobody reads a menu to order a coffee they just order a coffee we did not want a bottomless, coffee, only a small coffee cup. What a scam!!!! Will never go back to kekes
Kiki's has gotten a little expensive for me for the menu that they have. I think they are a bit overpriced! I'm honestly I'm sure it's a good fit for some people but not for me I would rather go to Wawa House! I am not paying for ambience but for food!!
Super slow service with a bad attitude. The location on Hiawasse is 100% better. The hostess is always in a bad mood. The managers look like they don't give a flying flip about anything. This the BEST place in Orlando to get TERRIBLE service. The restaurant will be empty and it will still take an HOUR to get your food. The host & chef at the Hiawassee location should come to The McGuire location to train the employees on how to operate properly. Zero stars for this location.
