I went with my family early Thursday morning so the restaurant was not even busy. We ordered pancakes, omelets, and egg dishes. The food took longer then expected, but it was well done and fresh. The problem is the waitress. I am shocked by how rude her attitude was to serve the customers, this staff member was probably the most unfriendly worker in my restaurant experiences. Found a food tag (barcode) in my home fries, puts into question whether the potato was washed or the quality of the kitchen. The taste of the food wasn't bad, but tended to the bland side of things. The service wasn't great either. They took the order off, but we were still charged for the experience. Wouldn't come back.

Have been going to this location for quite a while, service has been spotty sometimes acceptable other times poor. Sunday is always a busy day at most breakfast and brunch locations, however Keke's on Sunday is a long and tedious wait for food that is at best acceptable. Staff seems to change constantly and is noticeably inexperienced, you definitely need patience and a forgiving nature to frequent this establishment. Not worth the wait, definitely not worth the cost, time for a change.

SAFETY WARNING! A manager at Keke's Breakfast Cafe (Ocoee, FL)​ bled on our dishware and her blood ended up all over my husband's hands. How they handled the situation? YIKES. Shame on Keke's for claiming they have "Excellent Service" a "Clean Environment" and a "Commitment to Excellence". Have also already called and left a voicemail for customer service as well. Terribly disappointed and something needs to be done. I go to Keke's often and for once I wanted to place a TOGO order instead of coming in to the resturant. At first I was place with someone who took the order in the office and then when I had questions she had to transfer me to a server because she said she was in the office and didn't know. We've always wanted to try out Kekes and finally got our chance today. First impression walking in was very positive. Clean, modern and spacious though mostly booths so large parties wouldn't fit well. Nicely laid out menu laminated with one side breakfast and the other side lunch. Waitress quickly got our drinks served and order taken. My wife spotted something in her coffee and after waiting a while to get our waitress we got someone else. Overprice breakfast 2 adults and a child $36.00 even after found a monster hair inside my omelet. They did replace my omelet but still it's the principle. At least comp the coffee lol

Definitely not the same as other Keke restaurants in the area! We used to make a trip to Clermont or Longwood just for breakfast at Keke so we decided to try the Ocoee location. Unfortunately this location doesn't have the same great service or great food that we enjoyed at the other locations. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not go here. One of our parties food came out 15 mins before ours and our food was freezing.
