Visited there on a Sunday just before noon. Less than 10 minute wait time to be seated. Once the order was taken it took well over half an hour for three of the five meals to arrive. Was told the other two meals would be out shortly. It was at least another 15 minutes before the fourth meal arrived and then another 10 or 15 minutes before the last meal arrived. Let me start off by saying, Mike needs to be fired immediately! The first time we ubereats our order and within an hour it was cancelled due to the order not being ready. My boyfriend decided to just go pick it up and had to wait an additional 35 minutes and "Mike" never came out to speak with him after he asked several times to speak to the manager. My fiancé and I went there last week and our waitress was good. Our issue was that the manager Mike walked up to our table with his back turned and took or tab with our card and cash. Now the card was to pay for the $42 bill and the $20 cash was a tip for our waitress. He brought the tab back and did half on the card and other half using her tip money. Called to order breakfast on a Sunday from this location. An associate answered the phone and requested I hold on. As the wait exceeded ten minutes I hung up. I called back and got Josh. I was advising of the previous call and the wait and abruptly the call dropped. I call back and ask for a manager. I get Mike. Visited the restaurant couple days ago as per wife's suggestion since we have never been there. We usually visit our breakfast joint in the Winter Garden Village. Ordered pancakes which was served doughy, we send back for cooked pancakes but second time not much better. The icing on the cake was when I asked for Ice tea refill and after couple of minutes the server informed us that they are out of Ice tea!!! We have been waiting 20 minutes just for a waiter to take our order, it took 15 minutes for our beverages to reach the table. The waiters are never available for questions and comments, they aren't friendly and we don't need think we will eat here after our vist here

They really have to figure out how to run this location or just shut it down. There is an insane amount of wait with many empty tables. All the time. I understand labor shortage but then close it. If you don't know how to efficiently manage a diner just close it.

My family arrived at 8:45am today, and asked for a table for 4 people we actually waited for two hours I know we probably should've left but they told us it was going to be 30mins. I feel upset and bad writing this review because they did have signs that they are understaffed. However, if the wait was so long why not just let us know? My family was sat down and then received the wrong food, we felt bad about the chaos so never sent back the food. Food is ok but overpriced. DO NOT get anything for pickup or delivery no matter what you do. Manager was disgustingly rude. He doesn't care about his customers. Go literally anywhere else. First watch is better anyway.
