Visited the restaurant couple days ago as per wife's suggestion since we have never been there. We usually visit our breakfast joint in the Winter Garden Village. Ordered pancakes which was served doughy, we send back for cooked pancakes but second time not much better. The icing on the cake was when I asked for Ice tea refill and after couple of minutes the server informed us that they are out of Ice tea!!! We have been waiting 20 minutes just for a waiter to take our order, it took 15 minutes for our beverages to reach the table. The waiters are never available for questions and comments, they aren't friendly and we don't need think we will eat here after our vist here

They really have to figure out how to run this location or just shut it down. There is an insane amount of wait with many empty tables. All the time. I understand labor shortage but then close it. If you don't know how to efficiently manage a diner just close it.

My family arrived at 8:45am today, and asked for a table for 4 people we actually waited for two hours I know we probably should've left but they told us it was going to be 30mins. I feel upset and bad writing this review because they did have signs that they are understaffed. However, if the wait was so long why not just let us know? My family was sat down and then received the wrong food, we felt bad about the chaos so never sent back the food. Food is ok but overpriced. DO NOT get anything for pickup or delivery no matter what you do. Manager was disgustingly rude. He doesn't care about his customers. Go literally anywhere else. First watch is better anyway.

Been to this location many times, usually pretty good food and quality. But today was not. Service was good, and our server was very nice and friendly, but didn't seem to know the menu. But food took over 30 mins to come out, and when it did the food was cold. My food came out 10 mins before the person I was with and she had to watch me eat without any food, and I had to do the same with her. I don't know what happened to courtesy by your current manager, Jeanelle? Is that her name? Was very nasty as son as I walked in. I asked for a table for two and she left me waiting and ORDERED me in a very nasty way to wear a mask. Stood there while I looked in my purse. Told her I had asthma and could not breathe but she could care less. You might as well have hired a sargeant, she was mean! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER KEKE'S AGAIN AND TELL MY 25,000 TWITTER FOLLOWERS SBOUT THIS!

POST COVID - server came to table and stated "scan menu code on table if you do not know what you want to eat", I replied I don't have my phone and got up to leave restaurant, then told we can bring you a menu. Poor way to start off a dining experience. Management has no clue or too cheap to do it right. Now is the time to go overboard with customer appreciation or go out of business gracefully.
