Been to this location many times, usually pretty good food and quality. But today was not. Service was good, and our server was very nice and friendly, but didn't seem to know the menu. But food took over 30 mins to come out, and when it did the food was cold. My food came out 10 mins before the person I was with and she had to watch me eat without any food, and I had to do the same with her. I love their food, but the service is TERRIBLE!! We have attempted to call in an order 5 completely different times and it's been an epic fail.

I don't know what happened to courtesy by your current manager, Jeanelle? Is that her name? Was very nasty as son as I walked in. I asked for a table for two and she left me waiting and ORDERED me in a very nasty way to wear a mask. Stood there while I looked in my purse. Told her I had asthma and could not breathe but she could care less. You might as well have hired a sargeant, she was mean! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER KEKE'S AGAIN AND TELL MY 25,000 TWITTER FOLLOWERS SBOUT THIS!

POST COVID - server came to table and stated "scan menu code on table if you do not know what you want to eat", I replied I don't have my phone and got up to leave restaurant, then told we can bring you a menu. Poor way to start off a dining experience. Management has no clue or too cheap to do it right. Now is the time to go overboard with customer appreciation or go out of business gracefully.

DO NOT GO HERE! Unless- YOU like being ignored, disrespected or have a strange urge to learn the kiosk of Keke when modifying your own order. Save yourself time and go to First watch. Ordered food at 10:45am on a Wednesday. At 12:30pm the food was STILL not ready and the order had to be cancelled. They were horribly rude to my delivery person who was waiting for over an HOUR - appalling service and their phone was disconnected so no way to call and remedy the situation.

Disappointed today. Ordered waffle-it came slightly warm so that butter did not melt. Already sent hamburger back because menu said 1/2 LB and it came with 2 1/4 lb patties-like McDonalds! If I'm paying premium $ for a hamburger I expect better. Ordered a BLT came with plenty of bacon but it was all piled in the middle of the bread with a small tomato slice on top. Entire meal very disappointing! Service good.

I'm not sure about other locations but the people here are very discriminating. If you have tattoos or look different, get ready to be treated different. I've never been treated so rudely, even the manager Silkia was unprofessional and rude. It's almost like everyone wanted to keep their distance. I'm not even 5' tall, I'm not a creep or scary.

I have never been a big fan of Keke's but I saw that this location had a better review than the others. I dined at Keke's with my 2 siblings on Monday at 10:30am. Service was very slow. Took 45 minutes to serve us our food in an empty restaurant. Coffee was not strong, salad came out warm and my egg and cheese sandwich came out without cheese. I would not recommend any Keke's location for breakfast for lunch.
