Pricy, undercooked, $2 upcharge for three chocolate chips. Like others, my partner had a good experience here several months ago and wanted me to try it out with him. It was very disappointing and my partner was upset the quality was poor in comparison. The coffee tasted like water -- they could not convince me to take a refill. Will not be returning here. The only thing good here was my girlfriend and I was seated early bc they weren't packed. We put our order in and as we speak, have not received our food. We are now 56 minutes into our wait post putting in our order. We have watched multiple tables sit down after us, received their food, and now get checks and are leaving and still we have not received our food. Pat update was 18 minutes ago that it would be ready in 2 minutes. Still no food.

My family and I got extremely sick after having an early breakfast here. I had an eggs combo with silver dollar pancakes. The eggs had a gritty / "crunchy " consistency, like the shell wasn't properly removed . I ordered my eggs fried over hard. The food was also luke warm . I got home , took a nap and woke up a few hours later with an awful stomach ache . I have been rushing to the bathroom ever since I woke up , on and off.

Do not I repeat do not order doordash,Uber or delivery from these people! They will leave your food sitting on a rack and serve their restaurant people first they don't care if it's 30 minutes that your food has sat getting cold! The manager stated as much.

We have been waiting on our food for almost 2 and half hours now. We walked in with about a 30 minute wait for a table of 6. It was about 45 minutes after we got put in the waitlist before they told us they were waiting on a table of 7 to get up and leave after us to proceed to remind them we have been waiting. We finally got sat at a table and have had an amazing server Josh being understanding and trying to hurry the kitchen to get our order in. *** TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*** i called the restaurant 16 times in total to place a pickup order. When they didn't answer the first 10 times I placed my order via DoorDash. I ordered 2 combos with 2 pancakes and double homefries. When I order DoorDash they usually have a place for special instructions, I didn't see it this time. I wanted to add strawberries and chocolate chips INTO my pancakes. So I called 6 more times to figure out how I could do this. First we waited an hour for our food. Then our food came the pancakes looked half done in the middle and the eggs were not scrabble as we asked. The food had no flavor. Our first time here and we were not pleased. Back to our usual breakfast joints.

Ordered take out and it was absolutely vile. The oatmeal was cold, gelatinous mush. Everything was packaged terribly. The menu has no options for anyone plant based; I totally wasted my money and could have gotten a better breakfast at a Wendy's drive through. However, the hostess and host were very nice and helpful.

Good food but they put the ac on low so you can eat and get out. Hopefully they will put a bring your own jacket sign on the door lol.
