Terrible dining experience on many levels. Wait wasn't to bad, but host staff wasn't communicative about wait time and was not all to friendly. After we were sat, we waited over 15 minutes before we had to ask someone if we were ever given a server. He ended up waiting on us himself. Even with such a big menu, they were unwilling to accommodate my gluten allergy. All I asked for were fresh cracked scrambled eggs, since they put pancake batter in their eggs. All we got was a "no". Waited over 20 minutes for a glass of water while our waitress was on her phone. Got up and left before ever getting our drinks.

Not impressed with the breakfast. I ordered an apple cinnamon waffle, and it was pretty bad. The ambiance of the restaurant was not nice either. The service was great, but the food was sub par.

Service was nice, super nice waiter. Food was super oily and dripping with butter. A bit disappointing.

Service was extremely slow, waited over an hour for food and it was not very busy. Took another 30 minutes to get 2 pancakes Togo. The food was nothing to write home about. Probably only saw my waitress 5 time the 2 hours I was here.

Went for brunch today at 10 am. i am trying time chalk up today as just a bad day due to shortage in the kitchen, but it was over an hour to get our food and it came out in three waves with one of our parties not getting anything with first delivery. I had the Florida waffle and the fruit was very fresh and good. The waffle tasted great but was a little chewy. Waitress was good and nice. Would be great if they had a liquor license. A mimosa would have helped keeping mind off the hunger pains.

Worst brunch experience ever! It wasn't our servers fault it was poor management and process. I understand if there isn't enough kitchen help but stop taking food orders. Limit the number of people you seat and tell folks there is an employee shortage. We'll understand. Our food order literally took over an hour to get to our table. The good news is that my friends and I got to catch up during our extended brunch time. And our server did appreciate that we were good tippers none-the-less. Not sure if I will go back.

Ordered a waffle and French toast combo over the phone they did not give a timeline got there 25 mins later cuz that's about the usual for other places, wasn't ready so I sat down waited 15 mins which I thought was reasonable, to ask if it was ready he left came back didn't say anything to me so I waited 30 mins more now it has been over an hour since I ordered still wasn't ready. For a Saturday brunch time the wait wasn't too bad at all. About 15-20 mins for 2 people around 12-1230. However, we had not anticipated having to wait another HOUR & A HALF for breakfast food. It finally came out. Well, most of it. I got my full combo order - 1 Pecan Waffle, 2 over easy (I ordered over medium) eggs & home fries.
