Kelly was very friendly and courteous also very willing to help from the very beginning she made this whole experience go really smooth and pretty much stress free. Kellie always answered the phone or called us back immediately, she was great to work with. Even though our loan was challenging because we are self-employed. They had to double and triple check our information but we were told this before we started. Just send the information even if they ask for it again and again.
