It was a really good experience especially given that it was accelerated. The online communication augmented by a few voice calls was effective. I think the credit check process might have been daunting for new home buyers. Endeavor to explain that part of the process a little more in depth. Don’t take that as a ding more of an observation. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Would feel good recommending you to friends!

Kelly with Crestmark provided a smooth, friendly process the entire time! She went above and beyond for us with her professionalism, knowledge and sweet demeanor. Crestmark offered a lower rate than our credit union we have used for 27 years. She even checked rates early on our closing date and was able to lock in an even lower rate. We are so thankful we found Crestmark for our new mortgage needs and would highly recommend.

I'm reading all of these great reviews on how great Kelly Chumbley was with them during their home buying experience. I unfortunately didn't receive this great service, I would email her on certain things and I got no response. This is a really disappointing experience and I hope and pray that it will be over very soon and that I end up good with my home purchase at the end of this process, because right now I have no idea how this will turn out for me.😔
