I would like to express my deepest regrets for the ill-informed and terrible mistake I did yesterday 10-21-22 when I wrote a negative review of Crestmark Mortgage San Antonio. At the time I was frustrated, angary and scared. Scared because. It's been over 50 years since I was involved in buying a home through a mortgage company and did not understand the process. If I could give a zero I would, primarily on communications. There seems to be only one agent (NO TEAM) working at Crestmark San Antoino and is impossible to contact. Leave voice mails early in the morning and I MAY get a call back at 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Which in some cases negates the reason for the call in the first place and in my cade forget what I actually wanted to talk about. Perry Homes isn't much better.
