I was very impressed with Kelly and her professionalism she displayed throughout the loan process. She answered all my questions with pinpoint knowledge and patience. At no time did she make me feel like my questions were not important. She was very responsive to my calls and emails. If she was in a meeting or unavailable, she made time to contact me which made me feel like I wasn't just another client. I would recommend her and definitely if I had to refinance or go through the loan process again, it would be with her.

Kelly was the lady I was working with most directly. I loved her, she is the sweetest person with a beautiful personality that transcends electronic communication and phone calls.
