My experience with this team was disappointing. Communication was extremely difficult calls were rarely returned, and it was hard to get in touch with anyone. Several documents were disorganized, out of place, or out of order, which caused unnecessary delays. I even had to use ChatGPT to understand parts of the paperwork and ended up explaining to team members what certain items meant. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, I still have not received the corrected form I was promised.

I'm reading all of these great reviews on how great Kelly Chumbley was with them during their home buying experience. I unfortunately didn't receive this great service, I would email her on certain things and I got no response. This is a really disappointing experience and I hope and pray that it will be over very soon and that I end up good with my home purchase at the end of this process, because right now I have no idea how this will turn out for me.😔

I would like to express my deepest regrets for the ill-informed and terrible mistake I did yesterday 10-21-22 when I wrote a negative review of Crestmark Mortgage San Antonio. At the time I was frustrated, angary and scared. Scared because. It's been over 50 years since I was involved in buying a home through a mortgage company and did not understand the process. If I could give a zero I would, primarily on communications. There seems to be only one agent (NO TEAM) working at Crestmark San Antoino and is impossible to contact. Leave voice mails early in the morning and I MAY get a call back at 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Which in some cases negates the reason for the call in the first place and in my cade forget what I actually wanted to talk about. Perry Homes isn't much better. The experience was fantastic! Kelly C was great to work with. Very proffesional and a wealth of knowledge. Always willing to help and provide not just the answer but with an explanation. To sum it up. "Beyond Reproach" Thank you Kelly.
