I was very impressed with Kelly and her professionalism she displayed throughout the loan process. She answered all my questions with pinpoint knowledge and patience. At no time did she make me feel like my questions were not important. She was very responsive to my calls and emails. If she was in a meeting or unavailable, she made time to contact me which made me feel like I wasn't just another client. I would recommend her and definitely if I had to refinance or go through the loan process again, it would be with her.

Kelly was amazing!! Always transparent throughout the entire home buying process. Even though there was a delay in closing (no fault of Kelly's or Crestmark), she communicated the status of our paperwork multiple times a day.

Kelly was the lady I was working with most directly. I loved her, she is the sweetest person with a beautiful personality that transcends electronic communication and phone calls. I am not the most patient person, but she was always kind and had endless patience with me and all my crazy questions. I could not be more pleased with how everything went!

My experience with this team was disappointing. Communication was extremely difficult calls were rarely returned, and it was hard to get in touch with anyone. Several documents were disorganized, out of place, or out of order, which caused unnecessary delays. I even had to use ChatGPT to understand parts of the paperwork and ended up explaining to team members what certain items meant. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, I still have not received the corrected form I was promised.

I'm reading all of these great reviews on how great Kelly Chumbley was with them during their home buying experience. I unfortunately didn't receive this great service, I would email her on certain things and I got no response. This is a really disappointing experience and I hope and pray that it will be over very soon and that I end up good with my home purchase at the end of this process, because right now I have no idea how this will turn out for me.😔

I would like to express my deepest regrets for the ill-informed and terrible mistake I did yesterday 10-21-22 when I wrote a negative review of Crestmark Mortgage San Antonio. At the time I was frustrated, angary and scared. Scared because. It's been over 50 years since I was involved in buying a home through a mortgage company and did not understand the process.
