"Absolutely wonderful people!" I went to Ken Ganley Nissan on the day my daughter turned six weeks old. My husband was at work so it was just the two of us. Our salesman, John Ramsey (Rambo), was the sweetest man we could’ve hoped to have gotten! He’s a Vietnam Vet, and just a genuinely nice person. He held my daughter for me so I could sign paperwork, and he pushed her in her stroller throughout the sales room when I had to go switch things between vehicles. "Murano 1st SUV I ever test drove, now I have one of my own " Murano was the 1st SUV I ever test drove (years ago) and finally I decided to treat myself to a new vehicle. Ken Ganley and his Medina TEAM made my first Murano/SUV a reality! Everyone I came in contact with were friendly and accommodating. Steven Rader was great - he was determined to sell me a car, I was determined to get what I wanted and Mr. 'Cigar' man made it all happen! I am loving my Murano! Thanks to everyone involved!

"Mike and Vince are World Class" Mike and Vince are top tier when it comes to taking care of any and all issues I may have. They are conscientious of my time and professional. I have 3 Nissans and these guys handle all of my service needs even though there are closer options.

"Easy, accommodating, and super friendly!" They helped make my first ever leasing process a breeze! They were so kind and accommodating to my needs and wants! They made sure I was set to drive off that same day! He took me through every step efficiently and made sure all my questions were answered before I left!

"Fast, easy, friendly service for an oil change." I was waited on as soon as I drove into the service area. The waiting lounge was very nice and clean. Free refreshments and snacks were very welcomed. Most importantly was the way I was treated by my service advisor, Nick Bena. My free oil change promotion had expired last month and I was unaware of that. Nick advised me of this after my car was serviced.
