"Very good experience" Everyone was friendly and helpful from the beginning to driving off the lot. Our salesman, Steve Rader was very nice and patient with us during the purchase. We enjoyed working with him. He covered everything we asked and added details on all questions concerning the vehicle.

"stressless easy process" This was my fourth vehicle from Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina. I feel comfortable purchasing a new vehicle from them, they always have the car I'm looking for at the best price. I would definitely recommend My Sales Consultant John Arendash he even went to get my reading glasses out of my car for me in a rain storm. Thanks again John for all your help and making me feel comfortable purchasing a new car from you.

"Bought a 201issan Murano" Great dealership, excellent sales and support staff. No pressure sales techniques only felt like I was dealing with best of friends (Steve Rader and Judy, give them a raise they are the best) . Also Vince in Service was outstanding in supporting our needs.) Second Murano and love them both, had many great cars but the Murano is amazing in many ways.

"Damage from road debris" They took my vehicle in before my appt time and started on it right away. Kept me continuously updated re; damage and what they could fix then and what parts needed to be ordered. Very efficient!

"Speedy fix" My car started making a bad grinding sound, which worries me because I’m due with our first baby any day and the Altima was supposed to be our reliable car. Nissan was able to fit me in that day and had it fixed within a few hours! I was happy to have my car back the same day and back home relaxing awaiting the arrival of our baby!
