"Fast & Friendly" My car is always taken as soon as I pull up. Everyone is very friendly, service is fast and the car comes back clean. The waiting room is bright, clean and snacks are available. Something about having snacks, that is big! Thanks!

"Repair for road hazard" The service team at Medina Nissan is top notch! Good communication and great customer service and very easy to work with. Not impressed with the quality of our Rogue, but I would remain loyal to Nissan only because of their service team.

"Purchased new vehicle " Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Felix is very knowledgeable about my Rogue. He gave me his card so I could call anytime I had a question. I like the fact that I can get a car wash anytime and a loaner if my car is in for service.

"Awesome work" The Guys at the dealership are very helpful and explain very well what exactly they have to do before they do it and also explain "the why" behind it. I am a woman (and a nurse who needs her car) whose husband has suffered a brain injury recently, and he used to take care of the vehicle maintenance.
