"Great service and attitudes of all Nissan personnel. " Our sales rep, Rose Strelbecki, was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and efficient. She helped us through negotiations of our new lease and has contacted us by phone, email and letter to make sure all is going well and to let us know she is available for any questions or problems we might have.
"Awesome work" The Guys at the dealership are very helpful and explain very well what exactly they have to do before they do it and also explain "the why" behind it. I am a woman (and a nurse who needs her car) whose husband has suffered a brain injury recently, and he used to take care of the vehicle maintenance. "Great timely service " Great service , all my Nissan service done at Ganley Nissan , battery, brakes, tires, wheel bearings. Staff is informative and customer oriented. The Altima 3.5 Coupe has been great and fun to own.
"Nissan Juke service" I had originally had a problem with the service department but was able to work it out with Tigh who is amazing he definitely good at what he does was very helpful in fixing the problem I had and letting me know what was wrong with my car and offers me a credit for future service great customer service
"Oil Change/tires/ spot check" First time in since buying my Nissan Rogue. I was able to get a fast oil change and rotation. I also asked them to check something on the finish. Then I got a quick car wash. Only complaint would be I wish they would dry the car. LOL
"It was so awesome we leased a car." He was very knowledgeable about his cars. He answered all the questions correctly. He was a very good salesman and he was not a pushy salesman.
"Great service" Steve Rader was my sales consultant and he was able to get close to my lease payment and always kept me updated. He was also able to get the exact color car that I eanted
"New lease" Happy with new lease, really like the 2019 Nissan Rogue. Dj was very pleasant to work with and help help me get in and out of there as quickly as he could.
"Happy with my Altima" Mike Lamtman was great! He greeted me immediately as soon as I walked in and worked with me all afternoon and evening so that I could trade my car that had huge negative equity to a 2019 Altima which I love!
