"Ganey Medina service rescued my work day travel. " My "09' Titan suffered a loss of transmission fluid from a broken coolant line. I had the truck towed to Ganley Medina from Ashland, Oh.. after I was told by the Service Mgr. Tigh Shaffer that they'd help me out. When I arrived Service Specialist Mike McNeeley had a mechanic determined that the replacement lines had to be delivered in overnight and the repair would be made and be ready late the the next day. They offered me a "loner" to allow me to get to my scheduled work ... read more
