If you are looking for a first apartment KenDev is a great place to start. Some of the apartments are a little outdated but they have remodeled options as well. Great location, beautiful view from higher floors. Rent is a bit high for what you get, but it's getting to be that way everywhere. Shout out to the maintenance staff- very friendly, and always very quick in responding to/resolving any issues. Also a shout out to the building manager Bobby. I loved the time I spent at the Gateway apartments. The employees at the building were always friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. Ten minutes from everything. The little restaurants in the neighborhood were always enjoyable. The bike path was a major plus. I simply can’t say enough about how enjoyable the time I spent there was… It was like vacation all the time living on the river… like I said I loved it.

I recently renewed my lease for my fourth year living here. I love my apartment; the layout is just perfect with ample storage space inside & additional storage in the basement. The apartments are nestled in a perfect location with a short drive to just about anywhere in the Buffalo Metro area.
