If you are looking for a first apartment KenDev is a great place to start. Some of the apartments are a little outdated but they have remodeled options as well. Great location, beautiful view from higher floors. Rent is a bit high for what you get, but it's getting to be that way everywhere. Shout out to the maintenance staff- very friendly, and always very quick in responding to/resolving any issues. Also a shout out to the building manager Bobby. The maintenance folks here are amazing in their knowledge and methods. William was here yesterday and my storm door is in the best shape it's ever been.
