RecommendedGreat unit with great views from the 12th floor. The pools were great and facilities were accommodating. Easy access to the beach. Recommend water shoes as there are lots of shells to walk over in the morning and evenings as the tide moves out.
RecommendedStayed at Luna Blanca in Ricky Point. 2nd time staying here. Love the property. Kivoya and Carmen were easy to work with and communication was solid during our trip

RecommendedWe usually stay at Luna Blanca (which we LOVE and have been visiting for the past 14 years). This past trip we tried a house rental with Kivoya called Sea Esta. What a treat that was. Huge home with 2 master suites and 2 more bedrooms. I really enjoyed being right on beach with easy access to an ice cold beverage. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. RecommendedWe stayed at Paradise Villas #20 a few weeks ago and loved it so much we came back again and stayed at the newly remodeled #12. What a gorgeous condo! And of course, the property itself right on the sea and with so many amenities nearby makes it the perfect getaway!

RecommendedI HIGHLY recommend staying with this rental / vacation company. We had a bit of an emergency and needed to leave our other accommodations. We contacted Kivoya and they immediately took care of us, all within 2 hours. We had beautiful accomidations and talked via whatsapp during the entire process until we were settled. We will definitely stay with Kivoya again in the future.
RecommendedI loved our time here. The room was very clean. Carmen at the Kivoya office communicated with us prior to check in and throughout our stay. She speaks English perfectly and made everything so easy. Daniel and The guys at the bar are AWESOME. I had nachos with skirt steak muy delicioso!!! We spent one Day of our vacation at Mayan Palace and after that I’m so glad we stayed at Encanto/Kivoya instead of Mayan.
