RecommendedOnce again, enjoyed my trip very much. Kivoya staff member was very attentive and friendly. The home we stayed at was very well taken care of, very peaceful area. That is the reason why we always choose to come back and stay in the same location in Peñasco.
RecommendedThis was our second time staying with Kivoya. We like the seclusion further up the strip. We also enjoy the pass to the Grand Mayan Vidanta -owned resort to enjoy the amenities particularly spa and golf. Carmen is pretty responsive, and can get problems solved within a few hours. It’s always a good and safe time.

En mi experiencia en particular me sentí mucho más cómoda que hospedarme en un hotel, me sentí como en casa. Todo muy limpio, habitaciones muy cómodas, decorados muy bonito, con muy buen clima dentro del condominio, patio muy amplio y alberca perfecta. El equipo de Kivoya siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo y la atención de mantenimiento excelente. Ideal para grupos grandes, volveríamos sin duda.

The property was spotless, modern, and perfectly situated just steps from the sandy shore. We the incredible sunsets each evening. RecommendedGreat unit with great views from the 12th floor. The pools were great and facilities were accommodating. Easy access to the beach. Recommend water shoes as there are lots of shells to walk over in the morning and evenings as the tide moves out.
RecommendedStayed at Luna Blanca in Ricky Point. 2nd time staying here. Love the property. Kivoya and Carmen were easy to work with and communication was solid during our trip

RecommendedWe usually stay at Luna Blanca (which we LOVE and have been visiting for the past 14 years). This past trip we tried a house rental with Kivoya called Sea Esta. What a treat that was. Huge home with 2 master suites and 2 more bedrooms. I really enjoyed being right on beach with easy access to an ice cold beverage. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. RecommendedWe stayed at Paradise Villas #20 a few weeks ago and loved it so much we came back again and stayed at the newly remodeled #12. What a gorgeous condo! And of course, the property itself right on the sea and with so many amenities nearby makes it the perfect getaway!
