RecommendedWhat an amazing vacation spot! Wonderful views, spacious rooms, and so tranquil. A bonus is day passes for the Mayan Resort (5 minutes away) come with the Kivoya stay! The concierge, Carmen, helped make our stay even more enjoyable. She was great at communicating right away on any of my questions and requests. Carmen even set up a private chef to come cook for us in our room and the food was incredible! We will be back!

RecommendedIt was the perfect getaway for our little family. The location was far from town, but we wanted less people around so our kids could enjoy the beach without having to worry about social distancing. The home did need some upkeep, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely consider this location for future stays.

RecommendedWe absolutely loved it here. Everything was right where we needed it and the golf was great and the services both spa and restaurant at Mayan palace were perfect. Set up an account at Mayan and got a 15% discount at the end of the month. Carmen was also amazing. She got anything we needed in a timely fashion and we booked for 5 weeks next year before we left
