RecommendedThis is our 4th time at this property; Encanto & Luna Blanca! We absolutely love the large spacious condos, both pools, and access to the beach. I also enjoy access to the Mayan and we always go there for one day to spend time at their pool and have lunch/or Dinner. We kept trying to reach Carmen at Kivoya from Luna Blanca 401. When we checked in on Friday she said the office would be open 8-5 pm but we stopped that next morning and she was not there. As she said they had ice for us to buy. RecommendedThe property was beautiful and meticulously maintained. The few and minor problems we had were addressed promptly. But beyond that, the property managers went way beyond the call of duty to help us when we had car problems after checking out. Thank you Alma, Carmen and Eduardo for everything!
