We're owners at the Encanto property and love love love being at our second home but when we're not there it makes us happy to open our doors and allow others to be able to have the same experiences that we do. We are owners at Encanto Living, and soon to be owners at Luna Blanca in Rocky Pointe Mexico. Kivoya manages both of our properties,and, I must say, they are exceptional at what they do! Carmen, the Kivoya manager at the properties is always so professional and is a problem solver. She is always kind and courteous. The entire property is always immaculate. This is our 4th time at this property; Encanto & Luna Blanca! We absolutely love the large spacious condos, both pools, and access to the beach. I also enjoy access to the Mayan and we always go there for one day to spend time at their pool and have lunch/or Dinner. We kept trying to reach Carmen at Kivoya from Luna Blanca 401. When we checked in on Friday she said the office would be open 8-5 pm but we stopped that next morning and she was not there. As she said they had ice for us to buy. The property was beautiful and meticulously maintained. The few and minor problems we had were addressed promptly. But beyond that, the property managers went way beyond the call of duty to help us when we had car problems after checking out. Thank you Alma, Carmen and Eduardo for everything!
