RecommendedKivoya to the rescue. We lost our rooms unexpectedly at another hotel and Kivoya saved us. The rate was reasonable and the room was amazing. The view of the ocean and the pool was breath taking. You could not get better service than we received from Victor at the snack shack. He was friendly, fun and always had a smile. By the way the snacks were some of the best tacos and burgers I have had! The drinks were pretty amazing as well. Thank you for the fabulous beautiful time.

RecommendedWe have stayed at Encanto several times now and it is a family favorite! The home is perfect for us, perfectly appointed to eat in and cook and always spotless! The views of the beach & ocean are breathtaking!The location is our favorite in the area, the beaches are beautiful and never crowded. The kids love all the pools. The staff is very friendlu.

RecommendedMy family and I stayed at a Kivoya property in Nuevo Vallarta for 10 days over Christmas - New Years 2021/2022. The property was new and modern. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for two days or two months. Kivoya provided us with everything we needed for a quick and easy check in and there was a welcome basket waiting for us (a nice touch). We had a few small issues which they responded to immediately. RecommendedWe stayed in Encanto #804 for the second year and always find the unit very clean and well stocked. Pillows galore, but the beds could use bigger comforters. Carmen is very attentive and whatever we ever needed was provided promptly. The property itself is very clean and quiet. The beach is spectacular and also very clean. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to go. Nothing like the madness of Sandy Beach. It is pretty far to town but since we only venture there once per visit it's not a big deal.
