WATCH OUT!!! First visit as a new patient is ll smiles and cheap, but come back next time and they make up for it $$$ wise. All's well if its insurance paying for it, although this type of behavior is why insurance is so expensive. Paying out of pocket? Shop around as Klement is not cost effective for repeated visits.

Rude incompetent front office manager, there 9 years? Not customer centric. Doesn’t want to help. Not wanting to do their job, follow up, check insurance, more. Not customer centric. They lost this patient ( but she doesn’t care ), as she said “ bye “.

Why do they try to expose you to more radiation than is necessary ? I sent recent X-rays from previous dentist and just tells me oh we can't find them. Let's get more... Totally ignoring my concern of be exposed to more radiation. I don't recommend this place at all!!!

I got a complete upper denture the office staff doesn't communicate with the doctors and vise versa. I talked to one doctor who said yes they would make sure I would be in pain after removal. The other doctor that did the procedure and just wrote motrin and I had to say something to get a real pain medication and he would write Tylenol with codien. Aspen dental has always given me oxycodone for just one tooth removal. I made sure all doctors were aware of everything, and I guess none of that was told to him. I left in pain a... read more

I have gone to Klement dental family for 3 years now. Dr. Klement has always seen me. So I had a tooth that Dr. White said I have to do a filling. Although not having tooth pain.. I said yes to that. After the day of filling, I had tooth pain. The pain lasted for months. When I go back to Dr. Klement office the lady there did an x ray and she said that filling has touched the nerve and now the tooth has infection..Dr white showed she was incapable of doing the tooth right. At other dentist usually they scrape first and then brush and floss, but at Klement it’s the other way around. It took two people to finish the cleaning process and I had to wait for the second person. He seemed to rush that the cleaning process was kinda painful. The tool over heated at one point and caused a sharp pain. I let the hygienist know and he fixed it. Everyone was really nice and courteous but I don’t think I’m coming back.

This was my 3rd visit. At first, I was pleased with the staff and felt the doctor was very sensitive and attuned to my fears & concern regarding the work being done. However, it was a bit of a "cattle car" feeling. It is a very large office. This visit was to follow up on some work that had been recommended. This is the first time I’ve ever left any dentist with so much pain after the local anesthetic wore off. The dentist seemed to care very little for my comfort (this was my first cavity to be filled in my life) particularly when I asked the tech to not be so aggressive in holding my cheek down with the suction tube. I was numb but could still feel everything.
