I got a whole different diagnosis then from the month before and i told the girl in the reception area that i wasnot sure what they were doing today she said it would be 104.00 and if it was any less i would get a refund but guess what no key for the drop box for cash not a good day there i dont understand why the i wasnot told from the beginning that if they pull a tooth the one near it may get loose
It was awful!!!!! I was late seated and the Dental Hygienist was very unprofessional!!! And I don"t want her again! She took x-rays and said I'll be right back. It was taking so long that I went up front and complaint. It was going to take another 45mins. Her excuse was we're busy. I told her she could have come back and told me that.
my experience was very good
Called in and report exactly what was going on and after almost 2 hr wait to even be seen by Dr O I was informed not any treatment could be done. This was simply due to the fact that office was running late. My time is valuable as well.
Unpleasant and Unhappy...First, let me say... I waited 24 hours! I've usually always have been very pleased with the all of services I've received, however my last few appointments have not been so excellent. Most recent I went in on a scheduled appointment on a Sat. and waited 45 minutes to be seen, only to find out that it was completely unnecessary. This not only wasted my time but the office. Due to the fact that an office manager does not work on a Saturday is absurd. I truly hope the office makes the right decision as I really want to continue working them.
I was taught that if you can't say something nice it is best to say nothing at all.
Missing the family feel that it used to have. Growing too fast losing the compassion.
This visit was not good for me. When I first came here as a patient after a year of not seeing any dentist I had very bad anxiety about coming back to the dentist because of a VERY BAD experience from a prior dental office.
