I was very disappointed that I have to pay for another crown. I don't remember being given options on types of crowns when it was done 2 years ago. Now that it's dark I have to get a "different" type of crown that wont show through. You are giving me a "discount" but my insurance wont pay for another crown. I wish I would have known that there was a possibility of it getting dark and that there were different crowns. Very disappointed in this outcome.

My crown/implant is loose. The assistant tried removing the crown which caused discomfort. She asked if the crown was screwed in or cemented. I questioned her if you could tell by the couple x-rays she took. She left the room, then came back and proceeded to try pulling it off a couple more times. I voiced my concern and the Dr. came in to say it was most likely the implant itself that was loose and referred me to my periodontist. It was estimated to be an hour to an hour and a half and it took 3 hours. There were long delays between parts. Also, there was a large chance I would need a crown, instead of just a filling, however the impression wasn't taken before they took out the old filling. They had to refill, take the impression, and start over. I was also forced to resign an agreement when I was numb and without a tooth. It now feels like temp is too high.

I certainly appreciate the fact that you allowed me to come in on needed visit. A cap fell out and it needed to be re-cemented. I will say that my major peive with the medical/dental profession is that they all require multiple patients at a given time slot. Weather you have one doctor or ten, you require twenty patients at the same time slot. My case in point is that I arrived at 7:00 A and was called back within five minutes. I love your office I had a cleaning on Weds the 10th and everyone was so professional.on Saturday when I came the girl did not wash her hands she did put on gloves but her unwashed hands touched the gloves she was putting on she then put them in my mouth yikes! The thing that really grossed me out she was matching my tooth color with samples and touched my teeth with them I was wondering how many other people's mouth they had been in and are they sterilized after each patient???

I went in to replace two fillings and left there w a possible root canal to be done. I feel that possibility should've been known and made known to me, bc I wouldn't have gone in to replace the fillings. With all the X-rays I feel that the dentist should've seen how close the nerve was and now I have a toothache and have to find a dentist that does root canals and my insurance won't cover that for another 2.5 months. Total waste of my time. Appt. for 11:00 am., xrays done by 11:30 and no dentist till 12:30 for consult. Very unprofessional, never have I waited for an 1-1/2 at a scheduled dental appt.

I feel like cleanings are an assembly line procedure. I don't like having a halfway done polishing and incomplete flossing before the "cleaning". I was very dissatisfied with My last visit. Also I was supposed to be sent an estimate for a cavity near/under a bridge which I still have not received.
