Very unhelpful staff. I was in a lot of pain and no one seemed to care about my discomfort. They one girl is saying that they will be pulling out a tooth there and another dentist comes and says let's wait for your dentist. I drove far and they couldn't even call my prescription for my antibiotic in. Looks like they want to work like a fast food restaurant. Get everyone is and out. Very disappointed.

the dental hygienist stephanie didnt clean good with the metal hook tool. she was skipping around teeth in my mouth. she also felt like she was trying to hurt my gums with the metal hook on purpose. im not sure but it really hurt and it was obvious that it wasnt between my teeth that instead it was right on my gums. also when i had emily it felt like she was trying to dig my wisdom teeth out im not sure what's wrong with these hygienist
Why the dental care was excellent for my daughter, I left quite pissed off. This was my daughter's second appointment and never in the first was it explained that the rate we received was introductory. You can imagine how pissed I was to learn that a presumed $80 cleaning cost me $225. Very misleading and unprofessional. I felt forced to pay for their annual plan for $256 which covers 2 cleanings. Horible wait while in pain. The lady to check me out felt the need to argue with the assistant that was the only one that had any compassion for me. Save your time and choose a different place for dental care!!!

Verry bad..would not recommend
I have been going to Klement dental for many years and this last visit was the worst. I waited 45 minutes for my cleaning to start and then was told, I would not see the doctor. The young lady cleaned and polished my teeth in 5 minutes so you know she did a crappie job. Major disappointment - because I wanted to speak with the doctor regarding a crown.
Doctor had no time to answer my questions..... I was told that her daughter was sick and she had to leave, but then I saw her talking to another employee and asked again to talk to her and was told again that she is unavailable. This is very busy place where quantity takes over quality.
I heard 3 scenarios of “why” my crown came out.These excuses with already pushing to sell some mouthpiece for teeth grinding before the Dr Odom even came into the room I already knew this was a typical mechanic shop. In good practice most dentist would have just recement the tooth free of charge considering the crown was done there and there was really no underline cause other than me using a toothpick floss stick and a not so well done cement job in the first place!... When they schedule they did not provide any antibiotics so they could not do the cleaning when I showed up and I had to reschedule
