We bought the discount plan in hopes to save money but it appears that your prices are inflated so money isn't really saved.
Dental care used to be more gentle then it is now. Long time patient of this practice, not as happy as in the past. Employees at reception counter do an outstanding job. Dental hygienists are polite but seem rushed. Dentists and assistants make recommendations that are in my file and already followed. Personal understanding of each patient's needs is slightly lacking.
Dr. Weith is the biggest POS ever went in for a tooth extraction stuck me with needles to numb mouth and left me sit for an HOUR!!!! numbness started Wearing off so i told them what i thought and left ... WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A DENTAL OFFICE IN MY LIFE!!!!!! RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY AND FIND A REAL DENTIST
I wasn't told until I arrived that my hygienist was no longer working there. I think that I should have been notified of this so that I could choose who I wanted and not have the staff decide for me.
This was the second time that I seen by a random dentist instead of Dr. Oldham. I was not aware that this would happen and was surprised. I generally prefer to see someone who is familiar with my treatment history and not someone who pops in and pops out quickly.
Specifically mad a Saturday appointment to have a tooth removed on a Saturday, had an 8 am appointment. Was there at 7:50. Had X-rays and it was verified the tooth need can't be saved. But I could not have it removed today!?!??!? " Go home, Continue having pain, come back Wednesday morning, that way not only can I pay to have a tooth removed, I can also miss work hours and therefore pay, and have to change other people's schedules so I can be at your office on a work day!! I was dissatisfied with my dental visit. I was in the dental chair from 4:15 to 7:00 pm. This was excessively long for a replacement crown and a filling. The dentist took at least 4 15 minutes breaks from my care. I was told that it takes time for the anesthesia to take effect. The dentist all told me to "breathe" threw my nose?! I have had several, crowns, root canals and other dental work and have never been treated like this. My husband loved your practice. I went with high expectations. I was taken back, no X-ray done, no dentist spoke with me at all. A tech was the one who spoke with me. She was not a dentist. So I left very disappointed. Would have wanted a dentist to speak to me after X-rays were done.
Appointment was at 3:50 didn't start service until 5
